Many years ago it was said that 24 spokes represent 24 Indian states.
Wheel of Time was and will remain in our spirit. All western theories understand time in linearity. We Indians have understood it as circular without direction. Science too considers time as a scalar quantity and not vector. So whatever goes around comes around.
We are the only country in the world to have TIME represented on our national flag.
