HINDUTVA REVISITED

Minorities categorised on basis of religion unite themselves by creating insecurity and hatred. In doing so financial aspirations in garb of religion are fulfilled. Majority are not expected to do so because insecurity and hatred can go out of hand yielding to Genocide.

The Hindus in our country have allowed themselves to unite in the same way but in garb of caste and language. The so called secular parties might find this convenient but it goes against the very essence of our religion. We do not want be a herd. Our religion is not merely a saga of old times but is highly evolved. It is renewed with the times by the energy which is derived from understanding of Existence in all possible ways. This fact itself renders complete pluralism.

Our strength is not mere tolerance but acceptance with courage and dignity. We have proved this when we were imposed with a dilemma after partition which was created by a person who could not gain trust, even today in the aftermath of our shrines being destroyed by terrorists. We have led by example in a world where religions have resorted to fanaticism. What happened after Godhra attack has been introspected over the years.
Today we have managed to pull the minorities to reciprocate with the same amount of pluralism.
